Responsible Mining Solutions Platform is a digital marketplace and information hub designed to connect stakeholders across the mining industry. The platform enables miners, equipment suppliers, mineral traders, service providers, and job seekers to collaborate through equipment listings, service directories, job opportunities, and mineral trading solutions. It provides access to trusted suppliers, verified buyers, and industry resources that support responsible and profitable mining operations. The system also promotes transparency, accessibility, and business growth within the mining ecosystem.

The Challenge

Government digitisation projects often fail at adoption because they replicate paper processes in digital form without rethinking the underlying workflow. MinesPortal had to be simultaneously simple enough for operators with limited tech exposure and rigorous enough to satisfy regulatory audit requirements.
